Overview

­Redfig Partnerportal is a cloud-based solution for organizations that use SAP, enabling their customers and sales employees to collaborate and perform basic e-commerce functions, such as:

  • Browsing a customer-specific product catalog
  • Placing new orders
  • Viewing the status and details of current or historical orders
  • Maintaining customer profiles and viewing credit usage
  • Viewing invoice status

This solution runs on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and integrates directly with SAP S/4HANA On-Premise or SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud out of the box.

With some customization, Redfig Partnerportal can also integrate with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
